Substitution Policy

Rachel’s Flower Collective reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.
Every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. We reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.
In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Cancellations
Rachel’s Flower Collective cannot cancel any order that has already been delivered. If the cancellation request is made before the courier has left, then wet may be able to cancel the order. However, if the courier has already left with your delivery then there may be a delivery fee charged.
Refunds
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service. If you feel we did not deliver what you expected we are happy to discuss refunds. Please contact Rachel’s Flower Collective via email (hello@rachelsflowercollective.com) or by phone (0428642636) so we can determine the best solution to the problem. Rachel’s Flower Collective is also able to provide other solutions, such as resending the flowers, or resending a different gift of the same value.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Rachel’s Flower Collective will try their best to deliver every order. If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order we will call the contact numbers filled out on the order form to ask for your permission on what to do next.
If no one responds after five minutes we will move on and the following options are available. The order may be picked up from our studio, or a new delivery may be arranged, which will incur another delivery fee.
The following reasons Rachel’s Flower Collective may not be able to deliver your goods could be:
* Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the flowers
* Address provided is incorrect
* Occupants are not at the location and have a locked property
* If the building has strict security and won’t accept the flowers.
*Business address is closed.
If incorrect numbers, address, locations or delivery information are supplied, we cannot be held liable for failed deliveries. Additional fees may be required for redelivery. If we are given permission to leave flowers at the address by the sender, we cannot be held liable of what happens with the flowers (by the door) once they are delivered.
